- How much does pest control cost?
- Every property is quoted individually over the phone — square footage, construction, and the pest involved all move the number. There is no franchise price sheet here, and the quote comes from the owner, not a call center.
- Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
- Yes. All products are EPA-registered and applied by a licensed applicator under ODA Company License #12706. Applications are placed in the voids, cracks, baseboards and perimeter areas where pests travel, and your technician will tell you exactly how long to stay off any treated surface.
- Do you require a contract?
- No. One-time service, quarterly and monthly programs are all available, and nothing auto-locks you in. Quarterly and Monthly customers get return service between visits if necessary.
- Who actually shows up at my house?
- A licensed technician from Bugs Or Us — sometimes the owner, sometimes another member of our team. Never a subcontractor, never a call center and never a trainee using your house as practice.
- How soon can you come out?
- Most calls are scheduled within the same week. Stinging-insect emergencies are prioritized, and Saturday appointments are available.
- What if the pests come back between visits?
- Quarterly and Monthly customers get return service between visits if necessary. Call and a licensed technician comes back — there is no additional charge and no argument.
- Do you serve businesses as well as homes?
- Yes. We service offices, medical practices, restaurants, rentals and multi-unit properties throughout the Miami Valley, including monthly programs with documentation.
- What areas do you cover?
- Greater Dayton and the surrounding Miami Valley — Montgomery, Greene, Warren and neighboring counties, including Centerville, Springboro, Kettering, Beavercreek, Xenia, Bellbrook, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Oakwood, Miamisburg and Vandalia.
- Can you identify a bug from a photo?
- Yes — text or email a photo and a licensed technician will tell you what you have and whether it needs treatment. Identification is free.
