Q:  What are your hours?
A:  We schedule pest control appointments Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. –  5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If there is an emergency, or you are unavailable during these hours, we can work together to schedule an appointment during other hours if absolutely necessary.

Q: Do you do residential, commercial, and government buildings?
A: Yes, we will treat any structure.

Q:  Are your treatments safe for pets?
A:  Yes, provided you follow any special instructions which we give you.

Q:  What methods do you use to get rid of rodents?
A:  Typically we use professional-grade bait.  Sometimes bait and professional-grade glue boards. In sensitive situations we use glue boards only.

Q:  What methods do you use to get rid of termites?
A:  We use Termidor Liquid treatments.

Q:  Do you use in-ground termite bait stations?
A:  No, Termidor Liquid treatments work almost immediately as opposed to baiting systems which can take months to begin working.

Q:  How long do most services take?
A:  A typical general pest treatment can take 30 to 40 minutes inside, and 5 to 10 minutes outside.  Very large houses or difficult situations in which there is a substantial pest infestation can take longer.

Q:  Do you do treatments on weekends?
A:  We try to limit weekend service to 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, but will work with you to schedule other times if absolutely necessary.

Q:  Do you trap animals?
A:  We do not trap large animals such as squirrels, raccoons, and possums. We do handle mice,
rats, voles, moles and chipmunks.

Q:  Do you treat outside?
A:  Yes, we treat around windows and eaves with the hand canister, and power spray the foundation perimeter, unlike most other companies.

Q:  Do we have to leave?
A:  Children one year and younger must leave, as well as anyone with respiratory problems or
sensitivity to household chemicals/cleaners. If an aerosol spray treatment is required, people and pets must leave the area during fumigation.

Q:  What happens if I’m not satisfied with your service?
A:  We strive to provide the very best pest control services in the region. If you are not pleased with your service for any reason, we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
